The Pop-Up Patisserie has returned to Cloverdale for another holiday season. Located at our head office in Cloverdale the Pop-Up Patisserie will feature a collection of handmade artisanal pastries, handcrafted preserves, spreads, and syrups, seasonal goods, and the infamous hot chocolate bomb.

The Pop-Up Patisserie will feature the creations of the talented Chef Bruno Feldeisen who is a French chef, restaurateur and television personality, judging for The Great Canadian Baking Show on CBC Television. Feldeisen is also a spokesman for the mental health advocacy group AnxietyBC. Chef Bruno’s expertise comes from his former role as the executive pastry chef for the Four Seasons Hotel New York and Four Seasons Hotel Vancouver. He is also a former instructor at the Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts, a multiple James Beard Award nominee and was previously a chocolatier for Michelin Star Chef Alain Ducasse at both The Hotel de Paris in Monaco and Le Grand Hotel in the Basque countryside.

The Pop-Up Patisserie originated last year to partner with displaced members of the hospitality industry. This year’s our pop-up storefront brings exciting new updates and exclusive goods, including a selection of handcrafted savoury jams, spreads, and syrups, just in time for the holiday season. A satellite location will also be set up at Lumagica Surrey located at the Cloverdale Fairgrounds.

Alongside the various desserts, pastries, and holiday treats, the Pop-Up Patisserie will feature Chef Bruno’s cookbook and a custom tea in collaboration with TEALEAVES for purchase. Chef Bruno will be hosting an exclusive book signing at Clover Sixty Seven on December 5th. This signing event will take place during the Cloverdale holiday community activation, where JRG will be offering complimentary hot chocolate to all guests. The Pop-Up Patisserie will be open daily from 11am to 7pm beginning on December 1, 2021 through to December 24th and closed on Christmas Day.
